Index Energy enters into a definite agreement to acquire District Energy Plant in Ajax, Ontario
Index Energy is in the final stages of acquiring a district energy facility in Ajax, Ontario. Upon completion of the acquisition Index Energy will invest approximately $50 Million Dollars to develop a state of the art cogeneration facility, which will be implemented in three separate phases. Index Energy anticipates that the transaction will close by the end of August, 2007.
