Bjarne E. Borg
Bjarne is a Co-founder and Partner of Index Estate AB and Member of the Investment Committee. Bjarne co-founded Index Estate AB together with Fredrik Alama in 1998. Prior to Index Estate, Bjarne was the Founder and CEO of Sintra Gruppen AB, a business and real estate consulting firm from 1989 to 1998. From 1982 to 1989 he held various positions as Sales Manager and IT Consultant for companies such as Esselte Systems AB and Olivetti AB.
Fredrik K. Alama
Fredrik is a Co-founder & Partner of Index Estate AB and Member of Investment Committee. Fredrik co-founded Index Estate AB together with Bjarne Borg in 1998. Prior to the establishment of Index Estate, Fredrik was a partner and member of the board of the real estate broker Christer Magnusson AB. From 1988 to 1990 he was a real estate broker of Svensk Fastighetsförmedling in Norrtälje.
Gordon F. Kerr, P.Eng.
Gordon is a graduate of Queen’s University where he earned a degree in mechanical engineering. Gordon is a Professional Engineer licensed in the Province of Ontario and founder of the Kermecho Group of Companies in 1972. Gordon initially established Kermecho Co. Ltd., a design/build mechanical contractor specializing in tank farm construction and then transitioned the company into the renewable energy and waste management sectors. Gordon will be responsible for the overall management, planning and construction of the various energy projects which Index Energy has undertaken.
Russell A. Kerr, Esq.
Russell is graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctorate degree. Russell is admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court, Maryland Court of Appeals and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Russell practiced in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, complex business litigation, commercial real estate law and zoning. Russell has joined Index Energy Corporation as Vice-President Business Development.
Steve Atkinson
Steve has been involved in the waste management sector in various capacities for over 20 years. Steve has successfully established, operated and managed large recycling and transfer facilities throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Steve has joined Index Energy as Vice President of Waste Management Operations and brings with him a wealth of experience in waste management sector and will be directly responsible for the establishment and management of the waste transfer and recycling station network throughout the Greater Toronto Area. The waste transfer and recycling network will ensure the adequate wood biomass fuel supply at our Ajax Cogeneration Facility.
